The site covers the restaurants 140 Grammi Via Mameli (Cagliari) and 140 Grammi Predda Niedda (Sassari). Other venues of the group have their own channels.
2. What the site offers
This is an informational site: it presents the two restaurants, the menus, our initiatives and our contact details, and provides the forms to book or to request a quote. It is not an online shop: selling products through this site is not active. If that changes, the sale conditions will be shown before any purchase.
3. Bookings
Table bookings are made through an external platform (Pienissimo), reachable from the «Book» buttons. The following applies:
- A booking is valid once you receive confirmation. Sending the request alone does not bind the restaurant.
- We hold your table for 15 minutes past the booked time. If you expect to be later, let us know: we will do our best, but beyond that the table may be given to someone else.
- Cancel as soon as you can, from the same platform or by calling the restaurant. For groups we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
- For groups and events specific conditions may be agreed — set menu, deposit, minimum number of guests — and are given to you in writing before confirmation. Where they exist, they prevail over these general terms.
- How we handle the data in the booking form is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Quotes and partnerships
The forms for events, corporate menus, group menus and partnerships are there to tell us what you need. Our reply with a price is a quote: it becomes binding only when you accept it and we confirm. Quotes are valid for the period stated in them.
5. Menus, prices and availability
The menus and prices published here are kept up to date with care, but the ones displayed in the restaurant at the time of service prevail. Dishes and ingredients change with the season and with what the market offers. Promotions apply in the periods, on the days and under the conditions stated on the page of each initiative; they cannot be combined with one another unless stated otherwise.
6. Allergies and intolerances
Allergen information is available in the restaurant as required by Regulation (EU) 1169/2011. Our kitchens handle many ingredients in the same space, so we cannot rule out cross-contamination. If you have an allergy or an intolerance, tell our staff before ordering: we will tell you exactly what we can guarantee.
7. Site content
The texts, photographs, trade marks, logo and design of this site belong to Sviluppo Ristorazione Italia S.r.l. or to those who licensed them to us. You may read them and share links freely; reproducing, altering or using them commercially requires our written consent.
8. Links to other sites
The site links to services run by third parties — the booking platform, the digital menus, delivery services, social networks. Those services are governed by their own terms and notices, and we are not responsible for their content or their availability.
9. Reviews and messages
If you write to us or leave a review, we ask for content that is truthful and respectful. We reserve the right not to publish, or to remove, messages that are offensive, defamatory, misleading or that infringe the rights of others.
10. Limits of liability
We look after this site so that it is accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be reachable or free of errors: maintenance, faults and supplier outages can make it unavailable. We are not liable for damage arising from use of the site, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence and in any case within the limits that the law does not allow to be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives consumers.
11. Changes
We may update these terms: the version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date at the top. Bookings already confirmed are governed by the terms in force at the time of confirmation.
12. Governing law and disputes
Italian law applies. For consumers, the court of the consumer’s place of residence or chosen domicile has jurisdiction, as provided by the Italian Consumer Code; in all other cases the court of Sassari has jurisdiction. Consumers may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
